All personal data collected during service operation is confidential. In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of 29 August 1997 no such data shall be disclosed in any case and in any form to any third parties. As stipulated in the said act:

SkyCash collects information concerning its users from the following sources:

• E-mail addresses obtained through no addresses collected in this way shall be used for communication with users for any purposes not contained in this privacy statement.
• Registration forms – data entered and saved in contact forms. Any such data provided by the user is saved in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act. Each user has the right to refuse to give his/her consent to SkyCash using submitted personal data for marketing and/or statutory purposes, such refusal having no other consequences. In addition, each user has the right to access and make amendments to any personal information they have provided.
• Cookies – small files saved on the hard disc, which enable us to gather information about frequency of visits to our service, its most popular sections and features among other things. Such data is used solely and exclusively to prepare statistical reports on visits to SkyCash service and to better the service with the purpose of satisfying our users’ expectations. Any statistical reports generated by SkyCash do not allow identification of users.
• IP numbers (Internet Protocol). Just like other web services SkyCash analyzes access data containing information on the user’s IP. Data obtained in this way is used to administer the service and to prepare statistical reports on visits to SkyCash.
